Nivia I. Ayala, PE
Nivia I. Ayala is a Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the Engineering, Manufacturing and Environmental fields. For the past 25 years Nivia has acquired an extensive knowledge of the Cement Manufacturing Process, Quarry Operations and Dispatch and Shipping on the Construction Industry; experienced in Government Relations and Compliance Guidelines, Concrete Quality, Quarry Development and Process Improvement. 

Experienced in MSHA, NESHAP, MACT, RCRA, and NPDES Regulations. Active member of the Puerto Rico College of Engineers and Surveyors as a Professional Engineer, Author for the American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM), Active Collaborator of the Puerto Rico Stone, Sand and Gravel Industry Association and Recipient of the 2012 Women in Mechanical Engineering Outstanding Award by the Puerto Rico College of Engineers and Surveyors.

Worked for 25 years at the Puerto Rico Environmental Quality Board and is presently dedicated to the Environmental Consulting Area specialized on Recycling, Non-Hazardous Waste and PR Public Service Comission.

Eng. Samuel Peña
Mechanical Engineer

Eng. Samuel Peña has more than 28 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering and Technical Services from the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority.  His specialty is related to: Certified Pressure Vessel Inspector, Certified Piping Inspector, Certified Tanks Inspector, PROSHA Certified Boilers and Pressure Vessel Inspector and Boiler and Pressure Vessel Competency Inspector from the Ohio Board.
